Jake Graffagnino joined Lenoir-Rhyne is July 2022 as coordinator of peer-learning assistance and academic advisor. In this role, Graffagnino is responsible for the management, development and direction of peer-led academic assistance services and other academic support programs designed to impact student success.
Graffagnino previously worked at UNC Charlotte as assistant director of athletic academic center/awards coordinator. In this position, he assisted student-athletes in academic success, continuing eligibility and methodology to utilize the resources available from the university. Graffagnino also assisted with admission for incoming and transfer student-athletes.
